Sarah Alebesun, MSN, APRN, PMHNP‐BC

Psychiatric ‐ Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified

Sarah Alebesun is a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience across medical-surgical, intermediate, and critical care settings. This diverse background gives her a deep understanding of the connection between physical and mental health, and she's known for her warm, easy-to-talk-to presence that helps patients feel safe and supported.

She delivers compassionate, patient-centered care through thorough psychiatric evaluations, precise medication management, and supportive therapeutic communication, focusing on early intervention while guiding those with established diagnoses through a respectful, nonjudgmental approach to healing.

Sarah earned her bachelors in Nursing from UT Health Houston and her master's as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Walden University, graduating with honors from both institutions. Outside of work, she enjoys movies, family time, and is actively engaged in philanthropic efforts.

"Your struggles and your goals are entirely unique to you. Your care plan should reflect that, built with compassion and collaboration." ‐ Sarah Alebesun, PMHNP‐BC
